STANDARD HOME FULL INSPECTION:
The Standard Inspection (also referred to as a “Full Inspection”) meets or exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Standards of Practice. It includes a detailed written report provided via email. If you are under contract with the seller or are looking at having your home inspected prior to putting it on the market, this is the inspection you’ll want.
PRE-INSPECTION:
Verbal walk-through of the home that focuses on identifying key issues and concerns in a multiple-offer situation. This inspection is only allowed for homes that have NOT yet reached multiple acceptance between the buyer and seller.
TOWNHOME INSPECTION:
Townhomes that have a shared wall with a neighboring unit generally require less time to inspect. This townhome inspection saves you the cost of a stand-alone residential home full inspection. This option only applies to townhomes with one or more shared walls.
CONDOMINIUM INSPECTION:
For “apartment-style” condominiums. This inspection focuses on the interior of the unit that is the direct responsibility of the owner. This pricing does NOT apply to stand-alone or townhome style residences that are managed by an HOA (Homeowner’s Association).
